Citing Internet Sources:
A citation is a reference to a source of information.
An internet citation allows someone to locate the web page that has been referred to. The basic components of the reference citation: Author’s Last Name, First Name . “Title of Document.” Title of Complete Work. [protocol and address] [path] (date of message or visit).

Example:
Mengel, Laura. “Finding Information Quick Reference.” 1995. http://ed.fnal.gov/net_train/train_search_quickref.html (11 July 1997).
